?? What You'll Do

• ?? Perform expert MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel sheet metal parts
• ?? Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders with confidence
• ??? Tackle complex welding projects with precision and pride
• ? Ensure every weld meets our high-quality standards
• ?? Keep job travelers updated and contribute to our smooth production flow
• ?? Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• ?? Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy

????? What It Takes Physically

• Lift up to 40 lbs when needed
• Push and carry loads up to 25-40 lbs
• Stay active: walking (10%), stationed (70%), bending/kneeling/squatting (20%)

?? What You Bring

• Proven experience in a manufacturing welding environment
• Skilled in MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
• Certified Welder (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• A team-first attitude and a drive to get the job done right

?? Your Background

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting
• Solid understanding of production processes
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overtime when needed
